When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, delivery city, product description, requested quantity and shipping preference. Phone number and budget are optional. We also store your request reference, submission time, acknowledgement of this notice and notification status. Factory profiles sent by email may include company details and business contact information. Please do not include identity documents, passwords, banking credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
We use your information to understand your enquiry, prepare a quote, communicate with you and coordinate the services you request. We process enquiry details to take steps at your request before a potential contract. We also use limited technical information to prevent abuse and protect the website, and retain records when necessary to meet applicable legal obligations. The required form checkbox records your acknowledgement and authorisation to handle your request; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP address and request metadata to operate and secure the website. Our application uses short-lived IP fingerprints and submission counters for rate limiting rather than storing raw IP addresses in the leads table. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes information needed to check automated abuse. Technical records may also be retained by hosting providers according to their service settings.
Access is limited to authorised ZJ’s Global personnel and service providers needed for the stated purposes. Cloudflare hosts the website and D1 database. If notification email is configured, Resend processes the enquiry to deliver it to our designated business mailbox. We share relevant product or delivery details with suppliers and logistics partners only when needed for your requested service. We do not sell personal information or publish enquiries.
Website quote requests are scheduled for deletion 24 months after submission. Short-lived application rate-limit records are removed after their active windows. A service contract may require separate commercial records to be retained under applicable accounting or legal requirements, or for a specific dispute. Email correspondence, mailbox copies and supplier profiles require separate review and deletion within the same enquiry retention period unless a documented legal or contractual reason applies.
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing and request portability where available. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to contact@zjsglobal.com with enough information to identify your request; we may need proportionate identity verification. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limits. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including Morocco’s CNDP where applicable.
We use restricted database access, encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side validation, request size limits and abuse controls. Secrets stay on the server; enquiry records have no public read endpoint. Access permissions and provider settings must also be maintained by the operator. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data incident occurs, we assess it and notify affected people or authorities when required.
Because we operate between China and Morocco and use cloud hosting and optional email providers, information may be processed outside your country. Applicable transfer rules, provider agreements and safeguards must be assessed for the actual hosting configuration. This notice does not assert that a particular CNDP filing, transfer approval or other regulatory authorisation has been obtained.
The website saves your privacy preference in local browser storage for up to six months. We do not currently load advertising pixels or analytics. Images and fonts are hosted with the website. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Calendar links open external services only when you follow them; those services determine their own data collection. If optional tracking is introduced, its purpose and any required consent will be presented before activation.
This website provides business sourcing services and is not directed at children. If a child has supplied information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. We update this notice when our practices change; the revision date appears on this page.
