01How do I reduce the risk of scams?
We compare suppliers, review available documents and propose samples and agreed inspections. No check removes all risk: request evidence and written terms before payment.
02How do payments work?
The beneficiary, currency, milestones and conditions must be confirmed in your quote or contract. Verify bank details with your known contact before transferring funds.
03Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and manufacturer. Share your target quantity: we research suitable options and explain the limitations.
04Who handles customs in Morocco?
We can help prepare documentation and coordinate with the freight forwarder. Roles, authorisations and fees are specified in the quote; the importer remains responsible for applicable requirements.
05What if the products do not meet specifications?
Pre-shipment inspection can identify issues and request corrections. After shipment, remedies, returns and refunds depend on supplier terms and the contract.
06How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on production, inspection, available departures, transport and customs. Request a dated estimate for your order; no universal delivery time is guaranteed.
